Our store is currently hosted on store.york.ac.uk. This is an online e-commerce platform allowing us to sell our products to you. Data will be shared with internal departments of the University who offer goods, or provide services purchased through the store. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and offer a refund.
We can offer a refund on any item as long as it is returned in a saleable condition within 30 days of receiving your item. Please note that we are unable to reimburse postage costs for returns.
If you are unable to make a workshop, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can advertise your place. Cancellations made after 7 days before the start date of the workshop are not refundable.
If you wish to cancel your session pass or membership, please let us know within 30 days of your purchase.

Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to refuse any order or refuse service to anyone, for any reason at any time. In using our site, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and shipping information for all purchases made at our store and that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk.
